J. Ronald Slavik is Chairman of J&J Slavik, Inc., a leading development firm, and Fourmidable, one of Michigan's largest property management firms. He is the lead developer in the highly successful condominium conversion, The Lofts at Rivertown, and most recently, Harbortown. Ron Slavik is continuing the legacy of his late father, Joseph P. Slavik, through his commitment to developing successful communities and creating home ownership opportunities in the city of Detroit. In addition to The Lofts and Harbortown, Detroit revitalization projects include Grayhaven Marina Village, Village Park (located in historic West Village), and the restoration of the Himelhoch Building. Mr. Slavik is a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed Security Dealer and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is an Executive Board Member and leading fundraiser of the Boy Scouts of America Detroit Area Council and fundraiser for St. Jude's Hospital. Mr. Slavik is an active member in the Builders Industry Association of Southeastern Michigan, World Presidents' Organization (WPO) and International Society of Business Executives.
