The site of the former Uniroyal factory is on the East Riverfront, directly west of the Belle Isle Bridge. This site will be developed in the future and will feature RiverWalk, which will connect between Mt. Elliot Park, the Belle Isle Bridge and Gabriel Richard Park Plaza.
