The Detroit RiverFront Conservancy is committed to presenting an active and engaging Riverfront and Dequindre Cut to the public. As part of this commitment, the Conservancy is proud to present a full calendar of events - both large and small - for you to enjoy. If you are interested in starting a club or group along the riverfront, or would like more information about programming opportunities, please contact our Programming & Community Outreach team at (313) 566-8215.

Short and long, tough and easy, Wheelhouse offers a variety of guided tours for cyclists of all abilities and stamina level.
Location: Detroit Jazz Festival occupies two million square feet of downtown Detroit - from Hart Plaza on the riverfront, three block north to beautiful Campus Martius Park
Now in its 33rd year, the festival takes place over several city blocks in downtown Detroit – from Hart Plaza to Campus Martius – with five stages and 100 acts over four days. It also offers educational activities for adults and children, fireworks, late-night jam sessions, rare opportunities to meet the artists and much more. And it’s all FREE.

Now in its 33rd year, the 2012 Detroit International Jazz Festival takes place over several city blocks from Hart Plaza to Campus Martius Park.
