Mondays from July 8-August 26 at Gabriel Richard Park from 7-8pm
Join us every Monday July 8-August 26 for sound & movement meditation practices to elevate the body & mind. Local guest practicioners will lead participants in relaxation and mindfullness meditations and practices. No previous experience needed and all ages are welcome.
