Come Play Detroit's Volleyball Leagues play on the sand court at Valade Park every Monday and Thursday from 6-9:30 PM. Advance registration is required to participate in the league's season.

New to running? Awesome! Two Mile Tuesday is our introductory run, totally no-pressure and welcoming to all races, paces, and ages. We run one mile out, take a quick break to make sure no one's left behind, and then run one mile back together.

A new season means new goals—let’s get after them! Joy Athletics Run Club, a women’s performance-based running collective, is back for Season 3, and we’re ready to lace up, push our limits, and run bold together.
