Join us for a FREE restorative afternoon of rest and mindfulness in hammocks along the Detroit Riverfront. There will be a guided meditation, gentle flow, and opportunity to connect with community and our partners at The Village Personal Training and Wellness.

The class will take place at Gabriel Richard Park on Sunday, September 21 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Whether it's your first time or your favorite Sunday ritual, this is a great opportunity to connect with yourself, the community, and the healing energy of the riverfront.

What do I need to bring?

Yoga Mat or blanket if you like
