Mental Health Awareness Month: Labyrinth Walk
Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself during a peaceful Meditative Labyrinth Walk at Gabriel Richard Park.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, this guided experience invites participants to walk along our unique labyrinth along the Detroit Riverfront. Labyrinth walking is a centuries-old contemplative practice that encourages mindfulness, reflection, and stress relief through slow, intentional movement. The Labyrinth Walk is an opportunity to quiet the mind, set an intention, or simply enjoy a moment of calm along the river.
Whether you’re new to meditation or simply looking for a restorative break outdoors, this experience offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and recharge.
