Hours of Operation
- The Riverwalk, parks and greenways are open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- After 6 p.m., all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 21 years of age or older.
- Extended hours will apply for various special events and concerts throughout the year.

Parking & Accessibility
All Detroit Riverfront parks have an associated parking lot available free of charge on a first come, first served basis. Parking for the greenways is located on surface streets and local structures. Please visit our map for more information and parking locations along the Detroit Riverfront.
Safety & Security
Safety and Security is a top priority for the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy. We partner with Liberty Security to provide 24-hour monitoring and security throughout all areas of the Detroit Riverfront (including the Riverwalk, greenways and all parks and plazas). Security cameras are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
