Temporary/Part-Time Position

February 18, 2016 [DETROIT]- The Detroit RiverFront Conservancy is seeking a dedicated professional with a passion to serve their community to support its data integrity program.  This is a 3 to 4 month project focused on researching and cataloging past donor records for the Conservancy’s brick/bench program and the organization’s extensive photo archives. Associated responsibilities include assessing current data asset management functionality and recommending changes that will ensure the Conservancy’s ability to easily record, search, archive, and access this data in the future.

Successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in shared system-based information recording, maintenance, and reporting.  Bachelor’s degree or applicable data management skills in library science or donor records management preferred. This is a contract position for the project duration estimated at approximately 15 weeks for 20 hours/week.  Academic credit in the form of an internship can be arranged if desired.
